Based in North Melbourne, you will help lead a group of volunteer drivers and food packers to prepare food packs and have them delivered to community members in a timely manner. You will utilise your expertise in logistics and/or rostering, provide administrative support with managing data and preparing reports and you will engage with stakeholders to collect food from local food donation organisations. In overseeing the food packing and delivery you will ensure that safe manual handling, food handling and safe food practices are adhered to. Your excellent communications skills will be appreciated in this friendly team and you will be able to work independently or be able to share the workload.
