Community Engagement Champion Volunteer - Adelaide

The program

The Volunteer and Community Activation Department is responsible to build an inclusive, diverse and active humanitarian movement based on voluntary service. The focus of this department is to promote the Red Cross programs as well as on board and support anyone that wants to become a volunteer or existing and future members of the organisation.

The opportunity

The role involves initiating and maintaining contact by phone with volunteers and stakeholders to engage them and communicate relevant information. Inform them of upcoming events and activities, capture their experience and maintain records to identify trends. It also involves using some Microsoft office for general administration work.

The impact

As a Community Engagement Champion Volunteer, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide support to our stakeholders and volunteers, improve their experience and help them navigate the organisation. You will also support in general administrative tasks to ensure the stakeholder and volunteer experience is smooth and efficient.
