The program
The purpose of the Social Inclusion department is to strengthen people’s capacity to participate in community life, maintain or regain independence and stay living in their own homes for longer.  Program support assists in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs, projects and activities within this Red Cross department. 

The opportunity
As a program support volunteer, you will be working with the Regional Coordinator to plan and evaluate Red Cross program and activity development. You will bring your strong communication and organisational skills to support the team with the daily delivery, logistic requirements and time frames of programs and activities. You will demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to brainstorming ideas and solutions. 

The impact
As a program support volunteer, you will assist in ensuring that programs and activities are developed and implemented in line with Red Cross policies and procedures. You will support the department in achieving effective and efficient day-to-day operations and contribute to a engaging, productive and safe environment for staff, volunteers and clients. 

No prior experience or education qualifications are required, however a willingness to learn and participate is essential.
