The Townsville Wellbeing Centre is a 20 room accommodation service that provides safe and affordable accommodation to patients and their carers travelling from rural and remote Queensland to access specialist medical services that are not available in their local community.
The Volunteer Gardener provides support for gardening within the Centre and Community Garden by planting, watering, weeding, mulching and maintaining garden beds.
As a Community Gardener Volunteer at the Townsville Wellbeing Centre, you will be part of a team focused on creating a positive experience for guests and their families. Red Cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the World’s largest humanitarian network
