Employment Ready Bilingual Support Volunteer - Adelaide

The program 
Red Cross supports vulnerable migrants in finding employment through our In Work Australia program. The program includes English language support for clients with low levels of English and providing a space where they can drop in to receive support in applying for jobs and developing their resume and cover letter.

The opportunity
As an Employment Ready Bilingual Support Volunteer, you will be involved in developing, implementing and facilitating the In Work Australia - Job Café program. This role will suit someone who is familiar with the process of writing resumes, cover letters and has previously worked with clients with low English levels. Ability to speak Persian or Arabic is essential.

The impact
As a volunteer in the In Work Australia program you will be making a big impact on the lives of those who have been made vulnerable as a result of migration. You will be supporting their transformation from destitution to a life of independence and fulfilment. Red cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the World's largest humanitarian network.
