Time involved: 1 hour per week

- Monthly rosters which are flexible
Red Cross supports vulnerable members of the community to be more independent, to improve their wellbeing and social connection in order to remain living in their local community.
This role suits someone over the age of 18 who is a good listener and can maintain strict confidentiality of information obtained during a call.
Telecross calls support people to live independently in their own homes, providing peace of mind and reassurance. Red Cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the World’s largest humanitarian network.
