The program

The Red Cross baby seats store is a place where child restraint professionals are dedicated to maintaining the safety of children in cars. With over 75 years of combined experience, the team provides advice and fitting of children's car seats, boosters and baby capsules available for the public to hire.

The opportunity

The Red Cross Baby Seats is a team of child restraint professionals dedicated to maintaining the safety of children in cars.
The Infant & Child Restraint Fitter Volunteer will assist with the efficient and safe fitting of infant restraints in client vehicles and contribute to maintaining the safety of children in cars. If you have a warm and friendly nature, good communication skills and is happy to take part of services and programs, this might be the perfect volunteering role for you.

The impact

As a infant child restraint fitter, you will make a difference in those people in your community that are in need of safety support while helping them develop their knowledge and skills. You will also have access to ongoing training opportunities and the chance to learn about and contribute to the community ensuring baby seats are safely installed. Whatever your motivation, volunteering at Red Cross is valuable to us and rewarding for you.
