The telephone support caller will contact clients as per call sheet or scheduled appointment, they will check the clients' state of well being and provide social connection and they will report any critical incidence to Red Cross staff member.
As a Telephone Support Caller, you’ll provide peace of mind and be a friendly voice to people who are elderly or have disability. Red Cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the World’s largest humanitarian network.
